By accessing and using Bonus App (bonus-app.net), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Bonus App provides a platform for AI and technology-related content, articles, and community engagement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Content Ownership

All content published on Bonus App remains the property of Bonus App or its content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Newsletter and Communications

6.1 Email Communications

By opting in to receive newsletters, you consent to receive email communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

6.2 Push Notifications

If you subscribe to push notifications, you explicitly consent to:

• Receive push notifications from Bonus App about new content, updates, and relevant information
• The collection and processing of device and browser data by OneSignal, Inc., our push notification service provider
• Cross-device tracking to provide unified notifications across your devices
• Analysis of your notification interactions for service improvement

Your browser will prompt you for permission before we can send push notifications. You must actively click "Allow" to subscribe.

Withdrawal of consent: You can unsubscribe from push notifications at any time through:

• Your browser's notification settings
• Your device's notification center
• Your Bonus App account settings
• Clicking "unsubscribe" on any notification

Unsubscribing from push notifications will not affect your access to our services.

6.3 Data Retention for Communications

Push notification data is retained by OneSignal for a maximum of 30 days. Email communication data is retained in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable laws.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 OneSignal Integration

We use OneSignal, a third-party service provider, to deliver push notifications. By using our push notification service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• OneSignal's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to the processing of your notification data
• We are not responsible for OneSignal's data practices beyond our contractual agreements with them
• Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where OneSignal operates

7.2 Your Responsibilities

When consenting to push notifications, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to consent to data processing
• You are using a device and browser that you own or have permission to use
• You understand that notification data may be shared with OneSignal
• You have read and understood our Data Protection Policy

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bonus App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or push notification (if subscribed).

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your push notification subscription will be automatically cancelled and your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policies.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law provisions.
